Dawn was established in 2018, by Adi Keizman the founder of ADO Properties S.A, a leading real estate investment company listed on the Frankfurt stock exchange (symbol ADJ.DE), trading at a market cap of 2 billion Euro (as of August 2018).

Mr. Keizman’s current real estate venture, ADO Holdings Ltd is a key player in the European real estate investment arena which has a proven track record of yield maximization. For the last 14 years the company has been at the forefront of the industry, investing and managing properties in the German residential real estate market.

Dawn’s close ties to ADO Holdings have enabled us to take advantage of the real estate giant's extensive knowledge and strategic relationships built over more than a decade at the forefront of the property market.

DGT will be issued exclusively to the Dawn Group genesis investors. DGT acquisition generates wealth from all of Dawn's property portfolios.

The DSTT represents the asset portfolios within the Dawn Garden. It offers a token supported by real assets for greater stability.

For every fundraising round in the future a new property portfolio will be created, which will be represented by a new DSTT Token (i.e. DSTT 2,3...n). This will generate daily guaranteed annual ROI with DFT’s based on real estate market conditions.

DSTT acquisition generates a daily income from rent, in DFT, sent directly to your digital wallet, which enables Dawn to meet its obligation to provide a guaranteed yield to DSTT Token holders.

The DFT represents the revenues for DGT. For DSTT holders it will continuously accumulate into their digital wallet on a daily basis, based on a yearly return of 4 DFT for each DSTT1.

Dawn has a quarterly return policy, which allows DFT holders to exchange their tokens for EUR.

Alternatively, token holders can sell their tokens at any time on the secondary market, without having to wait for a liquidation date, allowing fast efficient redemption of their revenues.

Dawn is tokenizing the real estate industry and giving investors the opportunity to profit from the entire ecosystem.
Dawn tokens will be issued as ERC20 tokens, operated on the Ethereum blockchain.

DGT Dawn Garden Token

Yearly ROI for genesis investors, as they receive the first DSTT (DSTT1) that provides an annual income of 4 DFT for each DSTT1.

Ongoing annual profit above the specific yearly income of DFT’s guaranteed for each DSTT, from active portfolios.

DSTT Dawn Stable Tree Token

DSTT holders receive an annual guaranteed income for each portfolio of assets.

Daily returns are sent directly to the DSTT holders’ digital wallets.

Without having to make a further investment, in addition to their DGT Tokens, genesis investors will receive the first DSTT’s, representing the first asset portfolio.

DFT Dawn Fruit Token

DFT can be converted into traditional fiat currency, which is transferred directly into the holders’ bank account, every quarter.

Regardless of the price of the DFT token in the crypto exchanges, DFT can be exchanged at a ratio of 1 EUR to 1 DFT.
